Store Closures
Our store is closed for maintenance and inventory during the week from Christmas to New Years. Our shopping cart is unavailable for placing orders during this time. Regular customers please plan ahead with orders to insure uninterrupted service and to avoid supply depletion.

Ordering Policy
All orders may be placed by shopping cart, phone or email. email order customers will be sent an electronic invoice which includes a link for payment. Payments may be made with any major credit card or PayPal.

Shipping Policy 
All shopping cart orders are limited to the continental 48 United States. We use UPS ground for all continental 48 State shipping orders over 2 pounds and USPS for lighter orders. All orders are immediately processed. After order is shipped you will be sent your UPS tracking number or USPS confirmation for your reference. Here is our standard shipping prices.

International Orders
We do not ship International orders out of the US. If you are visiting the US, have a freight forwarding company or a relative/friend inside the US you can use our shopping cart and pay with your countries currency. Please provide your US shipping address when checking out, or send a follow up email with the address. Please see the list below of all prohibited products that may not be shipped out of the US through the USPS.

We do not ship to APO addresses.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
We welcome your orders. After you have checked out of our shopping cart we will send you the payment invoice for any additional postage due. We use USPS Priority Mail as our shipping service for these locations. All orders are limited to non-hazardous/flammable products. Please see the list below of all prohibited products that may not be shipped.

Return Policy
All products are backed with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, simply return unused portion of product with a brief explanation and we will refund you 100% of the purchased price of your products excluding the cost of your shipping. All equipment sales are final and fall under the individual manufacturers warranty. This includes polishers & buffers, pad washers, ozone generators, extractors, water filter units, metering systems and chamois wringers. All DVD and sampler sales are final.

Cancellation Policy
If after you have placed your order you decide to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped a 10% service fee for the entire cost of the order including the actual shipping cost will be charged to you. This covers our cost of processing and packing the order. The 10% fee will be deducted from the refund we send you. If you cancel your order for any reason after it is shipped or refuse it from being delivered and UPS sends it back to us you will be responsible for all actual shipping costs including return shipping costs and be charged a 20% restocking fee. The shipping costs and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund we send you.
